ABOUT PTE Now!
Established in 2010, PTE Now (Please Tell Everything Now) is a New Jersey, non-profit organization currently applying for 501c3 status. The purpose of PTE NOW is to serve the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of children who have been abandoned, neglected, abused, or are otherwise at-risk. The organization was born from the story of three brothers, Terrell, Michael, and TreShawn, who were severely abused and neglected by their foster parents and whose story stole the hearts of America through their appearance on the Oprah Winfrey Show and other news media. Terrell, Michael, and TreShawn were blessed to be able to triumph over their circumstances with the help of their adoptive parents, James and Amber Parrish; a couple who became the angels that gave them the love and supportthey so desperately needed. However, the Parrish Family, including the brothers, was well aware that many children are not as fortunate to escape their horrors. As a result, they formed PTE Now to provide a voice and victory for them.
The grassroots service and ministry of PTE Now is made possible through the Grace of God and by the gifts of individuals, organizations, government agencies and others who are committed to helping the organization continue to be a beacon of light for children everywhere.
OUR MISSION
The mission of PTE NOW is to empower and educate children and youth who have experienced physical, emotional, and sexual abuse through advocacy, strategic awareness campaigns and events, educational programs, and life skills development. In 2007, over 5.8 million children and youth were reported as abused in America. PTE NOW stands firmly on the belief that these youth are VICTORS and not victims. Through our many programs and activities, we serve as the collective voice of these children and youth and provide them the opportunities and support to triumph over their circumstances.
